As the Store Manager at the Jeanerica Flagship, your role involves overseeing the store’s operations, including sales performance, profitability, customer service, staff management, visual presentation, administrative tasks, and inventory management. Your guidance will be key to achieving sales targets and enhancing the overall customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the store meets its sales targets and provides a positive customer service experience.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and strategies to increase store performance.
  • Maintain daily store operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and service.
  • Oversee inventory, including conducting regular stock checks.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and leadership of the team to improve performance and customer engagement.
  • Encourage a team environment that supports customer service and business goals.
  • Maintain the store’s visual standards according to company guidelines.
  • Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Continuously coach and develop the sales team, focusing on customer service and product knowledge.
  • Lead the team towards achieving shared goals with clear priorities and responsibilities.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage costs in a comparable retail environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
