About the Role
JEANERICA is a premium Swedish denim house currently in an expansion phase. We are looking for an Intern Production Assistant to join our team in Stockholm this winter/spring.This is an opportunity to be a part of our creative team and to gain hands-on experience in the production side of a growing premium brand. You will report to our Project Manager while collaborating cross-functionally with the creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams. Your role will require being responsible, structured and driven. Our pace is high and the role requires agility to support a wide variety of production needs across photo and video shoots, print and packaging, and broader brand and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of photo and video productions from pre-production to wrap
- Assist in print and packaging production, from sourcing and sampling to final delivery
- Coordinate timelines and logistics across multiple ongoing projects
- Help prepare call sheets, production schedules and budget overviews
- Support on-set during shoots with practical and organisational tasks
- Assist in freelancer communication to keep projects moving smoothly
- Contribute to maintaining a structured production workflow across the team
- Take ownership of smaller production tasks independently as the internship progresses
Qualifications
- Currently studying project or production management, or has previous experience working with production management
- A genuine eagerness to learn how the fashion industry works from a marketing production perspective
- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to put in the work
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Practical Information
The internship is based at our office in Stockholm and runs for a minimum of 3 months, starting January 2027. Compensation is 5,000 SEK per month and is intended to be combined with studies or as part of an educational programme.

We're on the lookout for an organized, hands-on intern to join our team and help power our gifting and community efforts!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate influencer and partner gifting initiatives end to end - building gifting lists, putting in orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery and communication.
- Manage the ordering process for gifting and seeded product, keeping spreadsheets and logistics tidy and up to date.
- Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and partners to gift and collaborate with.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to foster positive relationships with our audience.
- Help manage social media accounts (content scheduling, monitoring engagement).
- Assist in organizing events and promotional activities.
- Track gifting performance, and help report on what's working.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - comfortable juggling multiple lists, orders, and deadlines at once.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Understanding of influencer gifting campaigns.
- Self-driven and proactive, able to follow through on logistics without dropping details.
- A passion for sustainability and the fashion industry is a bonus.
