'Aira' is a generously sized scarf in 90% lambswool and 10% cashmere, in a modern tartan check with fringed edges. One of three colourways. One size.
Made with Begg x Co, a Scottish cashmere house with a heritage dating back to 1866, for the fifth chapter of JEANERICA Atelier — to be worn with denim through the colder months and kept well beyond them.

'Aira' is woven in Ayr, on the west coast of Scotland, where traditional and modern looms work side by side. Each length is inspected, then mended by hand — by menders, some with decades at the craft — before its fringes are finished with the same patience.
Lambswool needs cleaning far less often than you would think. Air the scarf between wears and spot clean small stains. When it does need cleaning, have it dry cleaned.
