Responsibilities:
- Provide and handle daily customer service, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with external partners, including logistics and technical suppliers.
- Support with data analysis and reporting.
- Perform administrative tasks related to product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Support with technical development of site and functions.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital trends, and the evolving AI landscape.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is meriting.
- Previous experience in programming is meriting.
- Previous experience in Adobe Suite is meriting.

Title: Finance Assistant

- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgeting processes.

- Perform administrative tasks related to finance operations and accounting systems.
Qualifications:

Title: Graphic Design Intern
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Duration: Start ASAP, Minimum Stay 2 Months
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create visually engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Assist in developing graphics for various marketing initiatives, including social media posts, ads, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Help maintain and contribute to our brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.
- Support the creation of content calendars and visual assets for social media.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
