As Store Manager at Jeanearica Flagship you will lead the store in all aspects, from sales to profit. You will drive sales, customer care, staff management, display, administration and inventory control. The  Store Manager is responsible for the sales and the results of the store. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Secure that the store reaches sales targets and delivers a  superior customer experience 

• Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying  areas for improvement to drive store performance • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a  premium atmosphere 

• Managing employee scheduling to ensure comprehensive  coverage 

• Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks • Supporting with recruiting, training, and leading the  team to optimise performance 

• Develop and motivate effective teams that engage our  customers and strengthen business results 

• Implement and uphold all visual guidelines 

• Create an exciting work environment where trust and  respect for diversity is valued 

• Consistently coach, train, and develop the sales team to  cultivate a hard-working and customer-centric atmosphere • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products in the  store and train new employees on brand and product information 

• Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear  priorities, tasks and definition of role

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven excellent client service skills 

• A passion for inspiring and guiding a team with integrity  and professionalism 

• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including  evenings, weekends, and holidays 

• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and  cost management for a store of comparable seasonality,  volume and size

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work through  challenges 

• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
