Jeanerica Flagship will open in Stockholm September 2024. As Assistant Store Manager at Jeanerica Flagship, you will help lead and coach the team, drive sales to meet goals, and act as a brand ambassador. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and monitor sales targets and deliver a superior customer experience
  • Help the Store Manager oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a premium atmosphere
  • Maintain store standards that always reflect the brand image
  • Support, brief, and coach Sales Advisors, and help motivate the team to reach targets
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products in the store and train new employees on brand and product information, volume, and size
  • Proactively tackle and resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and executing in-store events and activations
  • Partner with the Store Manager on handling employee issues
  • Provide internal company stakeholders with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local insights and client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven excellent client service skills
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
  • Fluent in English and preferably proficient in Swedish
